We’ll interview key team members to understand the lay of the digital land, focusing on leadership, managers, and specialists.
And, we’ll dig in to your current systems, workflows, integrations, and tech stack – master data management (MDM), digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM), customer relationship management (CRM), content management system(s) (CMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) – basically, anything with an acronym. For each, we’ll review licensing fees, development investment, and relevant vendor partnerships.
We document everything. And we’ll package our findings up in a way that is most helpful to you and your team. Need a workflow diagram or visual representation of the interdependencies of your current and future systems? Need a slide deck to present to your internal teams? We’ve got you covered.
